- Enroll in GatorGradCare (see Health Benefits section)
- Request a Gatorlink email account. Contact Javier Herrera (luancho@ufl.edu) if you need assistance.
- Make an appointment for keys, Susan Thor (thor@ufl.edu)
- Request office space - work with your advisor on acquiring office space.
- Complete the following required training:

- General Biosafety (EHS853-OLT)
- Chemical Hygiene Plan (EHS861)
- Managing a Safe and Respectful Campus (UF_GET803)
- Biomedical Waste Training (EHS851)
- Heat Stress Training (EHS819)
- Contact Javier Herrera (luancho@ufl.edu) to have your picture taken for the website
- Email your name, department (i.e. Entomology), degree, and advisors name to Luci Fisher (lefisher@ufl.edu)
