UF/IFAS Geomatics GeT-STEM Scholarships

We are pleased to announce that the University of Florida’s Geomatics program has awarded the first GeT-STEM project scholars for the 2022/2023 academic year. At least three awardees received $5,000 in the fall semester, with an expected amount to be awarded in the spring semester. The award is part of the GeT-STEM project, a grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) to fund academically talented, low-income students transferring to the Geomatics program statewide at any of UF’s three Geomatics locations (Gainesville, South Florida, and Tampa Bay).
