The Florida Career Construction Days is an annual local event for high school students interested in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) careers. Typically, over 2000 students from all over South Florida attend the two-day event at the Bergeron Rodeo Grounds in Davie.

UF Geomatics has been an active participant leading geospatial learning labs for these students over the last few years. Unfortunately, the 2020 version of the event was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 2021 iteration of the Career Construction Days event has embraced an online format. The UF Geomatics program is once again an active contributor to this excellent event. We encourage you to check out the full program that just went live here: https://ccdfl.org/.
