On March 29th, Dr. Henry Hochmair presented UF Geomatics research activities led by Dr. Scot Smith at the 2017 Workshop for Ongoing Python Research and Management.

The presentation was entitled “Thermal Infrared Imaging of Burmese Pythons.”

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and Everglades National Park hosted the 2 day workshop at the Long Key Nature Center in Davie, FL.
