Environmental Horticulture

Sustainable Plant Production

Dr. Moore teaches several courses online as part of the Environmental Horticulture Department curriculum.  She currently teaches the following undergraduate courses: Plant Science Capstone, Elementary Organic and Biological Chemistry, Introductory Nursery Management, Greenhouse and Nursery Crop Culture, and Nutritional Management of Nursery Crops.  She also teaches the following online graduate courses: Greenhouse and Nursery Operations and Advanced Nutritional Management.  She has both MS and PhD students working in her lab and serves on graduate committees for Environmental Horticulture, Soil and Water Science and Entomology students.   She also serves as the coordinator of academic programs at Fort Lauderdale REC.  She serves as the director of the Environmental Horticulture Management undergraduate certificate and chairs the Environmental Horticulture department academic programs committee.
